Callback requests
The contact form saves your first name, last name, email address, phone number, contact consent, request reference and submission time. These details are used to handle your request. The form does not accept messages, attachments, location data, device readings or case information.
Storage and delivery
Requests are stored in this website’s database and are accessible to authorized site administrators. Requests remain stored until an administrator deletes them. This website sends your callback details through Brevo for email delivery to Wichita Monitoring Company and its website administrator, Visibility Vault. A submitted request does not confirm an appointment or that a staff member has read it. If email delivery cannot be confirmed, the form displays an error and you can call the company directly.
Abuse prevention
A dated hash derived from the request’s network address is stored with the request to limit repeated submissions. The original network address is not stored in the callback record. The hash remains with the record until the record is deleted. Delivery-attempt times and email-service acceptance or failure are also recorded. The hosting and email platforms may maintain their own technical logs.
Optional website analytics
If you choose Allow analytics, this website uses Google Analytics to measure page visits, referral websites, browser/device categories and actions such as phone-button clicks, directions clicks and accepted callback submissions. These are website interactions, not confirmation of a completed phone call, appointment or customer relationship. Google may process network and device information and set analytics cookies; this website sets its analytics cookie lifetime to 90 days. We do not send your name, email, phone number, callback reference, case information or form contents to Google Analytics. Page query strings and fragments are excluded and referral URLs are reduced to their website origin.
Analytics is off until you allow it. You can decline or change your choice using Analytics preferences at the bottom of any page. Your preference is stored in this browser. We also honor supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Declining analytics does not affect your ability to use the website or contact form. Other services
Map, social media and partner links open separate websites, whose own privacy policies apply. This site serves its images locally and does not embed maps or advertising trackers. Private previews use the hosting platform’s sign-in process.
